What Are the Effects of Brainwave Entrainment?

If you want to understand the effects of brainwave entrainment, you first need to understand how the brain operates. Your brain consists two hemispheres, a left and a right hemisphere. The left hemisphere is practical and logical, while the right hemisphere is non-logical, abstract, and creative. The vast majority of people tend to use one hemisphere at a time, depending on what they are doing at the time. For example, if you are working on a mathematical problem, you would be mostly using your left side.
